  • They Do Yoga, We Get to Deal With Our Trauma

    They are the happy guy

the free spirit or so they believe….

always saying, “why can’t we all get along”, meanwhile never stepping out of his priviledge….

He wouldn’t think about sticking his neck out

to make the world a better place

A place that is more fair

for it is not my people

sitting on the board of director chairs

    While we are labelled angry

and have to deal with racial trauma

trying to hold back our emotions

    knowing full well

    there will be consequences

for should we dare try to tackle the problem

we are underpaid and over policed

unworthy victims, or so it seems

our history they don’t bother to teach

unworthy victims, or so it seems.

  • Imagine Pt. 2 (spoken word)

Tell the Beatle to imagine a world where certain countries create refugees and then turn them into commodities by placing them in, For Profit Immigration Detention Centers.
Also tell the Beatle to imagine a world where a single bomb can cost from $60,000 – $1,870,000, and every time one of those bombs are used, they need to replaced/Back on stock.
Tell that Beatle a little story about Operation Gladio, or about lines in the sand, or conferences like the one in Berlin in 1894-1895, where borders are redrawn at will and exploiters do what they do, at others expense, and the people from those countries that live well at the expense of others will never even bat an eye at the injustice.
Tell the Beatle about the Anglosphere and how it came about.
    Tell him about Terra Nullius
Tell him about Colonized minds and about what beauty is, and who defines it.
Tell him about the audacity of “I DIDN’T KNOW.”
Tell him about mercenaries and the school of the Americas/WHINSEC
Tell him about the Economic Hitmen
    Tell him about Factory Farms
Tell him about genetically modified seeds
    And the patenting of plants
    Tell him about BIG PHARMA
Tell him about the 20,000 children under the age of five that die from malnutrition daily
Tell him about the insults, Racial slurs, the Gas lighting, the Microaggressions, and the constant assaults of their arrogant never ending over 532 years of abuse. And how they think they are better than us
Tell him about the lateral violence
Tell him about how we cope
Or is it in the weekly police (occupying force) report,
Tell him about the mental effects on BIPOC people
Tell him about the hypervigilance, and the anxiety
The Intergenerational Trauma and racial trauma and what that does to our health, on top of all the other traumas a poor person of color will have to experience in their life time
And what that does to our health
But I bet he would also play dumb, like they always do
